In the centre of Almeria City, we found this house dating from the early twentieth century which was converted into apartments. However the ground floor flat had damp and no electricity or plumbing installation. We carried out an entire refurbishment changing its layout which resulted in a nice 1 bedroom apartment with living room, bedroom, kitchen and bath. We managed to retain the walls which are a meter thick and also the façade.
