In this case we had  an apartment in an excellent location next to the cathedral but its poor interior layout made it very unattractive. The rooms were small and surrounded by columns so that the space was very badly utilised. After a total refurbishment the result is a much brighter 2 bedroom property which now possesses uniform bedrooms and sufficient family living space.
